Hydrocodone Addiction Treatment in Denver, CO
It often starts with a prescription after surgery or injury – just a few pills to ease the pain. But over time, what seemed harmless can spiral into something life-altering. Hydrocodone addiction doesn’t always come with warning signs, and many people don’t realize they’re dependent until they try to stop.
At Mile High Recovery Center in Denver, we offer a safe, structured, and compassionate environment to begin your hydrocodone recovery. Our residential treatment program blends evidence-based therapies, holistic care, and peer support to help you rebuild your life from the inside out.
Understanding Hydrocodone Addiction
Hydrocodone is part of a class of drugs known as opioids – medications that alter pain perception and trigger dopamine release in the brain. While they can be critical in managing pain, they’re also highly addictive. Extended use can quickly lead to dependence and compulsive drug-seeking behavior.
What makes it especially dangerous is how quickly it can take hold, even when taken as prescribed. Symptoms of hydrocodone addiction may include excessive drowsiness, constipation, nausea, mood swings, and slowed heart rate or breathing. Individuals may also experience withdrawal symptoms such as restlessness, anxiety, insomnia, and muscle aches when not using the drug.
We offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing. Our hydrocodone addiction rehab focuses on helping clients understand their relationship with the drug, manage withdrawal safely, and develop long-term strategies for recovery.
Benefits of Hydrocodone Abuse Treatment
Overcoming addiction takes more than determination – it requires the right support, structure, and professional care. Our hydrocodone treatment program in Denver is built to address the full spectrum of opioid dependence – physical, emotional, and psychological.
