Reclaim your life with flexible, expert-led outpatient rehab in Denver that supports your recovery while you stay connected to home, work, and community.
At Mile High Recovery Center, we believe recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey. For many people struggling with substance use or mental health disorders, our outpatient rehab offers a flexible, effective, and compassionate path to healing, without stepping away from everyday life.
Our outpatient drug and alcohol programs provide evidence-based treatment, expert care, and a supportive community to help you or your loved one build ongoing recovery while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities.
Whether you’re transitioning from residential treatment or seeking help for the first time, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Outpatient rehabilitation offers a compassionate, flexible approach to healing from addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. It provides structured treatment – such as therapy, support groups, and medical care – without requiring individuals to stay overnight at a facility.
This means you or your loved one can continue working, attending school, or caring for family while receiving high-quality, evidence-based care. Outpatient rehab is ideal for people with a safe and supportive home environment and a strong motivation to recover.
It can also serve as a transition from inpatient or residential treatment, offering continued guidance during early recovery. With different levels of intensity, including PHP, IOP, and standard outpatient care, treatment plans are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
At Mile High Recovery Center, our outpatient programs in Denver empower individuals to heal at their own pace while staying connected to their lives and communities.
At Mile High Recovery Center, we offer a full continuum of outpatient services to meet our clients where they are in their recovery journey.
Our programs include:
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of outpatient care. Clients attend programming five to six days a week for several hours a day, receiving medical oversight, group therapy, individual counseling, and psychiatric care. PHP is ideal for individuals who need structured support but do not require 24/7 supervision.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a balance between structure and flexibility. Clients attend programming three to five days per week, typically for three hours per session. IOP is designed for those stepping down from PHP or residential treatment, or for individuals who need more than standard outpatient therapy to maintain recovery.
Our Outpatient Program (OP) provides ongoing support and therapy for clients who have achieved a level of stability in their recovery. OP typically includes weekly individual or group sessions and is ideal for clients reintegrating into daily life while maintaining recovery goals.
Our outpatient rehab programs incorporate a wide range of evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches tailored to each client’s needs:
With the right blend of therapeutic support, clients gain strength, clarity, and direction in their lives. Each step forward builds confidence and brings them closer to lasting wellness and freedom from addiction.
Denver offers a unique combination of natural beauty, vibrant community, and access to high-quality healthcare services, making it an ideal location for outpatient recovery.
